Step 1: Objective

To systematically plan and implement a learner support programme at ACK Thika Memorial Church School that addresses academic, social, and emotional needs of diverse learners, promoting an inclusive and nurturing school environment for holistic development and well-being.


Step 2: Task Description

As part of the school’s leadership initiative, we developed and implemented the "THRIVE" Learner Support Programme. This e-portfolio documents our implementation process, which includes:
